Rules, transactional policies, and guidelines for using Mharo Bazar.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or browsing www.mharo-bazar.in, registering an account, purchasing products, or listing items as a merchant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.
2. Marketplace Platform Nature
Mharo Bazar (MSME Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-RJ-17-0685563) functions as an electronic marketplace intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We connect independent verified retail merchants with consumers. Unless explicitly stated, contracts of sale are entered directly between the buyer and the respective seller.
3. Pricing, GST & Taxes
All prices listed on Mharo Bazar are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless indicated otherwise. Sellers are legally responsible for issuing valid GST tax invoices with appropriate HSN codes upon product dispatch.
4. Delivery Verification & Inspection Protocols
Depending on delivery geography and shipping carrier, orders are fulfilled under one of two verification frameworks:
A. Local Jaipur Direct Delivery (Open Box Delivery - OBD): For orders fulfilled by the Mharo Bazar direct delivery fleet, packages are unboxed at the customer's doorstep prior to completion. The customer must visually examine the product for physical intactness, defects, and in-box accessories. Handing over the secret 6-digit OTP constitutes full, final legal acceptance of physical condition. Claims for scratches, dents, cosmetic damage, or missing items are permanently inadmissible post-OTP.
B. Pan-India Express Courier Deliveries (Sealed Delivery & Mandatory Unboxing Video): Orders shipped via third-party courier networks (Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.) arrive factory-sealed. Delivery personnel do not unbox packages. Customers must record a continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video starting before outer seals are cut and showing a clear, readable view of the AWB shipping label. This continuous video is strictly mandatory to claim a return, exchange, or refund for in-transit damage, defective items, or missing parts. Without an unbroken unboxing video, damage or missing item claims will be rejected.
5. 7-Day Replacement & Return Policy
Buyers may initiate a return or size exchange request within 7 calendar days of delivery via the My Orders section. Sizing exchanges and internal technical/manufacturing defects are eligible when accompanied by proof of purchase and compliance with delivery inspection protocols (OTP check for OBD; continuous unboxing video and photo proof for courier deliveries). Products must be returned unwashed with original packaging, tags, and anti-fraud security tags intact.
6. Order Cancellation
Buyers may cancel an order free of charge at any time prior to shipment dispatch. Once an order is dispatched and marked out for delivery, cancellations must be handled via doorstep rejection.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
